For all visitors to INLE LAKE ,shouldn't miss it !

Hello!

Hope you all%26#39;ve already known that there is naturally Spring /hot Water on the earth.

For your general knowledge,now,I%26#39;d like to inform you that kind of place. It is on the western bank of the Inle Lake.It is 30 minutes drive by boat and make 20 minutes slight trek from the village where boat trip ends. After that you gonna see naturally spring water at the base of the hill, is stored in two/three small wells. It is needless to pay any admission fee.

But,keep it in your memory, there is an Inn near that place if you wish to taste SPA,you have to pay 3/5 U$ based on the type of the pools you used, special and normal pool are separated.

If you%26#39;re an orchid lover, you can see on the water way from your hotel in the lake to Naung Shwe. There are varities of orchid flowers grown on the floating garden(Now,it is firmed and settled at that place).

Hope this finds your interest .It is worth to write if my information is helpful for you all in anyway.Surely to say is that it is less%26amp;least visited place in INLE LAKE.

With best wishes,

Simpatico

Hi Simpatico!

Thanks for this hint, I`m very fond of hot springs and shall see it!

Would you please answer two more questions: does one stil have to exchange a certain amount of money upon arrival at Ragoon airport? Where should I exchange US dollars? At the banks? Moneychangers? Black market? Whats a good rate at the moment?

Also: have you been to Mergui archipelago? Any good hints on where to stay and where snorkelling would be best?

Thank you so much

Karl

Mingalaba !!I spent 3days in Inle during my last visit to Myanmar. I love Inle Lake and of course how could I forget the SHAN curry which is different from other countries%26#39; curry.

Unfortunately, I missed out the spring water due to time constrain, just hope that I will have the chance again to visit Inle in the future.
