when to visit

We plan on spending three weeks in Myanmar either going in late January or late Febuary .We intend to travel and see as much as possible, ending with a few days on the beach. I would appreciate advice as which would be better weather wise, late January into mid febuary or late Febuary into mid March. Thank you for advance for any suggestions. Mary

Hi! most touristed cities in Myanmar (Burma) --%26gt; Rangoon --%26gt; (flgt)Mandalay --%26gt; (boat) Bagan --%26gt; flgt by Heho (to inle) then straight to (flgt)Ngapali beach (Sandoway or Thandwe) back to Yangon, if time still permits, can go to Kyaikhtiyo or golden balancing rock.
