can anyone help. we need a beach hol but an unusual one. we lan to go to Myanmar in jan. 2 nights Yangon , 8 nights ngaplai. can anyone advise on best hotel for us in Ngaplai. we want (doesnt ebveryone ?) quiet seclusion near to beach within distance of local restaurants ie, not the hotels .all advice welcome. thanks

High hotel is sanoway hotel,the great one in ther,Room rates is 130 to 160 $ ,and mid range is Lin ther Oo,that I prefere 20 to 30 $ per night in high season.

They can arrange airport transfers in Yangon and the fights.
A few other fine hotels on the beach (see the reviews) so plenty of eating out choice.
Fares from Yangon by Air Mandalay in Jan are $66 each way.
Think you will find the the cheapest deal with these hotels is to book as early as possible.. on-line ... and not with the hotel direct.. Try sites such as hoteltravel.com and asiarooms.com
Local agents may be able to give you some good deals too.
